Dziwisz said. He added that the parish of Międzybrodzie Bialskie, where Fr. Wodniak was a parish priest, he is located in the Bielsko-Żywiec diocese and this is where the case should be reported.
Fr. Wodniak – when he was the parish priest in Międzybrodzie Bialskie – was to have sexually abused Janusz Szymik for five years. For many years the man had been alerting other priests that Wodniak was still in the ministry. At one point, Szymik turned to Father Tadeusz Isakowicz-Zaleski, who in 2012 delivered a letter on this matter to Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz, who claims today that he does not remember such a situation.
